Eric Jones joined Chernyy & Associates in October 2023, bringing with him two years of hands-on experience in personal injury law. As a paralegal, Eric plays a vital role in keeping cases moving efficiently from start to finish. His responsibilities include client intake, initiating claims, sending out Letters of Representation (LORs), coordinating IME and EUO appointments, managing loan requests, and assisting with appeals. He also specializes in organizing client transportation, ensuring seamless support by scheduling rides and Ubers for important case-related appointments. Eric thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where each task directly impacts the client experience. Known for his attention to detail, adaptability, and strong sense of accountability, he’s always ready to take on new challenges and is committed to learning at every step. Whether he’s managing case logistics or communicating with clients, Eric brings a solution-driven mindset and a steady focus to every file he handles. Outside of work, Eric enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and catching basketball games. He also likes exploring new food spots around the city.
