Theodore W. Ucinski

Theodore W. Ucinski is an experienced litigator in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.  He draws upon more than 20 years of litigation experience advocating for clients in complex high exposure personal injury litigation which includes Construction Accidents, Premises Liability and Transportation Accidents.

Ted is a zealous advocate who utilizes a practical approach to litigating and resolving cases, however when it comes time for trial, Ted's true legal acumen shines through. HIs unassuming mannerisms allow him to connect with jurors and elicit information from witnesses for optimal trial results.
